Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms apply when you use Clickbooks Online ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.
What the service does
Clickbooks Online reads the bank, e-wallet, credit card and marketplace files you upload and builds bookkeeping records and financial statements from them. It uses AI to read and categorize transactions, which can make mistakes. Review your transactions and check important figures against your statements. The app compares its results with the balances printed on your statements where there are any, and tells you when they don't match.
Plans
Prices are per month, in US dollars, or in Philippine pesos for customers in the Philippines:
- Personal Starter, $1.99 (₱129 in the Philippines): a personal finance tracker with spending, income, payslips and net worth.
- Personal Pro, $3.99 (₱229 in the Philippines): adds budgets, savings goals, the money checkup and the year in review.
- Business Starter, $7.99 (₱499 in the Philippines): books from your statements, financial statements, journal entries and tax figures.
- Business Pro, $17.99 (₱999 in the Philippines): adds billing statements, supplier bills, inventory, payroll, advanced reporting and dashboards.
- Consolidated, $19.99 (₱1,099 in the Philippines): Personal Pro for one login's personal tracker and Business Pro for up to 3 of its businesses (the three added first), with a combined net worth. Further businesses keep their own plan.
- Professional Review: an optional review of your books by a bookkeeper, monthly, quarterly, every 6 months or once a year. We quote the price before any review starts.
Users: Personal Starter is for one person and Personal Pro for two. Business Starter includes 1 user and Business Pro and Consolidated include 3 (Consolidated shares them across its businesses and personal tracker). An accountant or bookkeeper is free on every business plan (1 on Business Starter, up to 3 on Business Pro and Consolidated). Each extra user is $1.99 a month (₱99 in the Philippines), up to 3 people on Business Starter and 10 on Business Pro and Consolidated.
Files: each business can add up to 50 statement files a month on Business Starter and 200 on Business Pro, and each personal tracker up to 50, counted per calendar month. Most customers never come close to these limits.
Yearly: paying for a year upfront costs 10 months' worth (2 months free). Extra users can be paid yearly too.
Launch offer and referrals
- First month free: from the day you create your account, with no card needed. For accounts made during the beta, it starts on the day paid plans begin.
- 50% off for 5 months: after the free month, your next 5 monthly payments are half the regular price, rounded down. Then the regular price applies. It covers plans, not extra users.
- Yearly: the free first month applies, but the 50% offer doesn't combine with the yearly price.
- Referral codes: signing up with someone's code gives your account one more free month. The code's owner gets one free month after your first payment. Free months from referrals are used from Settings and added to the owner's plan. They have no cash value.
- We may change or end the offer for new sign-ups. Accounts that already have it keep it. We may remove free months obtained through fake or duplicate accounts.
During the beta, invited users use Clickbooks free and we decide which spaces get Personal Pro, Business Pro or Consolidated. We'll email you before any charge starts, and you can stop at any time.
Billing statements, payroll and tax figures
- Billing statements made in Clickbooks are not official tax invoices or receipts (in the Philippines, BIR-registered invoices). Keep issuing the invoices your tax office requires.
- For Philippine businesses, payroll and tax figures use the published SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR rates we know of, which can change. In other countries, tax and payroll deductions are entered by you. Check figures before paying employees or filing returns. You are responsible for your filings and remittances.
Not financial advice
The statements and reports are for your own understanding of your business. They are not audited financial statements, and they are not financial, legal or tax advice. Have a qualified accountant review them before filing with the BIR, applying for a loan or making major decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Upload only statements that belong to you or that you are allowed to use.
- Don't try to overload, misuse or get around the limits of the service.
- Keep your password and invite code to yourself.
Beta
The service is in beta and is free during this period. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may end the beta or limit access at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from errors in a summary or from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
